He holds a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Andhra University, an MS in Software Systems from BITS Pilani, and a Post Graduate Program (PGP) from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. Ajay’s vision is to create a platform that not only educates but also guarantees employment for students, ensuring that they are well-prepared to meet the challenges of the modern job market.

has over 17 years of experience in Information Technology and Product Management. She graduated in Information Technology from JNTU Kakinada and holds a Diploma in Product Management from Duke University. Ramya’s expertise in technology and product management has been instrumental in shaping the innovative solutions offered by Conch Solutions. She is passionate about using technology to create personalized learning experiences that drive real-world results for students.
